1. Build rapport with frontline and leadership staff of client departments [those who use your services]and let them see you as the go-to person for service excellence.
2. Allow physicians to see you as a solution finder for their service needs. Listen to them.
3. Affirm, Affirm, Affirm your staff every day for performing with excellence. Look HARD for opportunities to catch them doing something right.
